1. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, country (optional), preferred reply language, and your message.
- Email correspondence: messages you send to our addresses (hello@, inbound@) and our replies.
- Site analytics: if enabled, privacy-focused, cookieless aggregate analytics (page views, referrers) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and provide the consultation or coordination you requested.
- To translate your message so we can serve you in your language.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful.
3. How your message is processed
Our multilingual contact system is automated. When you submit the form, your message passes through the following processors:
- Cloudflare (site hosting, email routing) - infrastructure provider.
- OpenAI API - your message text is sent for automated translation between your language and Korean.
- Resend - transactional email delivery of our messages to you.
- Self-hosted automation (n8n) - runs on our own infrastructure and coordinates the steps above.
A human reads every inquiry. Your message is not used to train AI models by us, and we send only what is needed for translation.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you used - we will delete your messages and contact details unless a legal obligation requires keeping them.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not send marketing email without your explicit signup, and any newsletter will include one-click unsubscribe.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
